Sao Tome and Principe coach tips Super Eagles to win 2023 AFCON

Sao Tome and Principe assistant coach, William Barbosa has backed the Super Eagles to win the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The True Patriots were walloped 6-0 by the Super Eagles at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Sunday night.
They also lost the reverse tie to the same opponent 10-0.
Having witnessed both demolitions from close quarters, Barbosa has now tipped the Super Eagles to go all the way in Cote d’Ivoire next January.
“Nigeria have some of the best players in Africa, quality players in top leagues around the world,” he said at the post-match press conference.
“For now, after Senegal, Nigeria have the best team in Africa.”
